Tony’s x The Organic Flavour Company: marking the milestone

Last September, The Organic Flavour Company – which produces 100% organic tea, herbs + spices – celebrated its 45th anniversary! To commemorate the occasion, they created goody bags for both their employees and clients. One of the highlights? Their very own custom Tony’s chocolate bar.

Because every cup of tea tastes better with a side of chocolate, they designed a branded bar with the same design as their anniversary tea, creating a unique and memorable pairing.

We asked them some questions to get behind the scenes of these beautiful bars..

What inspired the wrapper design, and who was involved in creating it?
Right before our anniversary, we participated in a “pimp your company toilet” contest via The Good Roll. We won, and one of the elements was a specially designed toilet paper wrap by The Good Roll (pictured above). The products we sell (organic tea, herbs and spices) were the inspiration for this wrap. It was designed by The Good Roll, and we thought it was too fun not to use further. That’s why it was also used for the Tony’s bars and our tea tin.

How did guests/recipients respond to receiving the bar?
The goody bag was incredibly well-received, and the toilet roll was, of course, the funniest item. But the Tony’s bar was the reason colleagues were asking if there were any goody bags left…
