The small figure (at the top right of your account) opens your profile page. You can change your personal details by clicking on ‘edit profile’. You’ll also find an overview of your past orders, invoices, addresses and custom wrappers.
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
If you have a corporate or reseller account and your order is over £250, payment on account is an option too.
Indeed you can! If you don't already have one, it’s quick and easy to set up your corporate account here.
You can pay by card or choose to pay ‘on account’ at checkout for corporate orders over £250 and we’ll invoice you.
If you're a school, foundation or other type of organisation, simply create a regular customer account and fill in the contact form. Be sure to include your organisation's details in the message and we’ll be in touch to help.

You can be sure as sugar, we’ll work our socks off to get your choco delivered to you in a flash - but delivery times do vary, depending on how much you’ve ordered:
- 1 to 250 items: 2-4 working days
- 251 to 500 items: 3-5 working days
- 501 to 3,000 items: 4-6 working days
- 3,001+ items: 6-12 working days
As soon as your choco has been shipped, you’ll get a track & trace link via email. So keep an eye on your inbox to check if your oh-so-sweet package is on its way. You can also check the status of your order in the ‘my orders’ tab in your account.
Noticed you’ve received two different delivery times for your two orders? It's probably because they’re arriving in separate packages!
