How to personalise our chocolate?
Making a personalised chocolate bar should be easy, and fun. So we made it exactly that. Upload a photo, add a name, drop in a logo or write a message - the canvas is yours!
1. pick your chocolate
Choose what you want to personalise: big bar or the small bar?
2. design your wrapper
Use our online wrapper creator, start from one of our pre-designed templates, or upload your own – whatever works for you.
3. choose your flavour
Milk, dark, salted caramel.. the hard part is deciding. You can also mix and match at no extra cost.
4. select quantities + order
Happy with how it looks? Confirm the quantities and head to checkout! Your personalised chocolate bars will be on their way before you can say ‘raise the bar.’

No, you’ll need to upload each file separately to your order.
Good spot! But no worries - we’ve got you covered. We always print in CMYK (that’s full colour), just like you see in the PDF. The slight difference you’re spotting is because the preview shows your wrapper in RGB (that’s just web colour). We don’t use Pantone colours, so we’ll recreate the colours in CMYK to match what’s on screen as closely as possible but sometimes it’s not a perfect match.
You can be sure as sugar we’ll work our socks off to get your choco delivered in a flash - but delivery times do vary, depending on how much you’ve ordered:
180g bars:
- 1 to 250 items: 2-4 working days
- 251 to 500 items: 3-5 working days
- 501 to 3,000 items: 4-6 working days
- 3,001+ items: 6-12 working days
50g bars:
- 250 to 1,000 bars: 3-6 working days
- 1,000 to 2,499 bars: 7-9 working days
- 2,500 to 4,999 bars: 8-10 working days
As soon as your choco's been shipped, you’ll get a track & trace link via email, so keep an eye on your inbox to see when your oh-so-sweet package is on its way. You can also check on your choco's progress by clicking the ‘my orders’ tab in your account.
Noticed you’ve received two different delivery times for your order? It's probably because you've got stuff arriving in separate packages!
How we deliver our personalised bars depends on how many you've ordered..
400 bars or less - delivered in multiple boxes via DPD, with a tracking link sent via email.
400 bars or more - delivered by pallet. Our team will reach out to you ahead of delivery to make sure your choco arrives safely. Additional costs may apply if you have special delivery requirements.

You can personalise across a broad range of our chocolates. For our bigger bars (180g), we offer milk, milk caramel sea salt, dark 70%, dark almond sea salt and our everything bar flavours. For our smaller bars (50g), we offer milk, milk caramel sea salt, dark almond sea salt - yum.
Always. Christmas, Easter, thank yous, baby showers, birthdays, weddings, Valentine's Day if there’s a moment worth marking, there’s a personalised bar for it.
